AN EXTRAORDINARY SETTING. A NEW POSSIBILITY.

Rooted in its setting.
Reimagined for living.

Tucked deep within the Ibis community, this 0.70-acre lakefront residence looks out across water and golf-course views. Now, Egret Lakes Lane is entering a new chapter: a full gut remodel and addition led by GCB Building Group.

The vision reaches well beyond the walls. An upgraded pool design, a lanai, a fire pit, and luxurious outdoor amenities will shape a new way to gather, unwind, and enjoy the setting. Interior design by Mindy Levinson of Levinson Interiors and landscape architecture by Matt Hudson Designs bring the inside and outside into one shared vision.
