The Grande Blvd Project represents a thoughtful design translation — taking the character, warmth, and defining elements of the client’s Ohio residence and re-imagining them within a West Palm Beach home. The intent was not to duplicate, but to reinterpret — preserving the familiar design language the client valued while elevating it through upgraded materials, refined detailing, and precision construction.
Working closely with W Design, the project was approached as a full-scale luxury remodel centered on cohesion, craftsmanship, and livability. Each space was evaluated not only for aesthetics, but for proportion, flow, and daily function, ensuring that design intent and practical performance aligned throughout the residence.
Lavish finishes and layered materials anchor the interior palette. Carefully selected stone, tailored surfaces, and high-quality textures create visual richness while maintaining balance and restraint. The material program was developed to feel substantial and enduring rather than trend-driven.
Custom millwork serves as a defining architectural feature across the home. Precision-built cabinetry, integrated storage solutions, and detailed feature walls provide both structure and visual rhythm. These elements function as permanent design architecture — not simply finish carpentry — reinforcing the home’s elevated character.
Lighting integration was coordinated to support architectural features and highlight material transitions, millwork profiles, and focal points throughout the residence. The layered lighting approach enhances depth and atmosphere while supporting everyday usability.
Executed by GCB Building Group, the Grande Blvd Project reflects disciplined coordination between design and field execution. Through detailed planning, trade collaboration, and quality control, design intent was carried through installation with accuracy and care.
